We provide ultra-high-performance and highly energy efficient data-converter solutions. Our solutions can be used in high-speed wireless communication systems such as mmWave5G and 6G, in satellite, in radar, in VR/AR systems and in other applications. The basis of our technology has been developed over more than 7 years by our founders during their time at RWTH Aachen University. We spun-off from RWTH in 2022.

Oner Hanay
Co-Founder, CEO
Oner leads InCirT and oversees the overall system development. He co-invented InCirT’s key technological innovation alongside Erkan. He has more than 9 years of experience in system and IC development. He holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from RWTH Aachen and he has authored more than 20 scientific papers.
Erkan Bayram
Co-Founder, CIO
Erkan leads the innovation process at InCirt and is responsible for the development of PLLs and DLLs. He co-invented InCirT’s key technological innovation alongside Oner. He has more than 9 years of experience in system and IC development. He holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from RWTH Aachen and he has authored more than 15 scientific papers. Prior to his PhD, he was a hardware engineer for satellite communication at Vestel for several years.
Mohamed Saeed Elsayed
Co-Founder, CTO
Mohamed is responsible for the physical implementation and manages the overall development process. He has more than 17 years of experience in IC development, 7 of which he spent with the market leading IP design house Si-Ware Systems where he oversaw more than 20 tape-outs. He holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from RWTH Aachen.
Sebastian Waters
Co-Founder, CCO and CFO
Sebastian leads our business development and manages our finances. Prior to co-founding InCirT he gathered more than 10 years of experience in private equity and investment banking with technology being one of his core sector focusses. Sebastian holds a MSc degree from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management.
Renato Negra
Co-Founder, Technical Adviser
Renato holds the Chair of High Frequency Electronics at RWTH Aachen and acts as technical adviser to the team. He has wide practical and theoretical expertise across mmWave technology, wireless communication and integrated circuits.
Remi Butaud
Principal Engineer
Rémi joined InCirT in September 2024. He has 30 years of experience in mixed-signal system, IC development and team management in the fields of mobile communications and wireless connectivity. Rémi holds an M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from Supélec in France. Prior to joining InCirT, Rémi worked at VLSI Technology, Philips Semiconductors, Stepmind, Conexant Systems, Wipro, and co-Founded RivieraWaves in 2010.
Christopher Nardi
Analog/Mixed Signal Design Engineer
Christopher joined InCirT at the beginning of 2023. He has 6 years of experience in system and IC development. Christopher holds an M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University. Prior to joining InCirT, Christopher gathered practical experience at the Integrated Analog Circuits and RF Systems Laboratory at RWTH Aachen University and at radar and sensor technology provider indurad.
Peco Gjurovski
RF Design Engineer
Peco joined InCirT in July 2023. He has 13 years of experience in PCB and RF-IC development. Peco holds an Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University and authored/coauthored 8 scientific papers. Prior to joining InCirT, Peco gathered practical experience at the Chair of High Frequency Electronics at RWTH Aachen University, at Fraunhofer IMS in Duisburg, and at Meta Motoren- und Energie-Technik GmbH.
João Silva
Analog/Mixed-Signal Design Engineer
João joined InCirT in July 2024. He has 6 years of experience in system and IC development gathered at INESC-ID Lisboa. João holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico, Portugal.
Stefan Müller
Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Architect
Stefan joined InCirT in September 2024. He holds an M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University. Prior to joining InCirT, he has been with HFE, RWTH Aachen, and Aquantia Corp. He has more than 8 years of experience in IC and system development.
Paula Palacios:
Analog/Mixed-Signal Design Engineer
Paula joined InCirT in September 2024. She received her PhD from RWTH Aachen University and her M.Sc. in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. She has experience in different IC technologies that range from GaN and SiGe BiCMOS to 2D materials, targeting RF and Microwave circuit designs.
Caner Celik
Analog/Mixed-Signal Design Engineer
Caner joined InCirT in July 2024. He holds an M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University. He completed his master’s thesis at Infineon. Prior to his master's studies, Caner worked for two years as an Analog Design Engineer at Aselsan, the largest defense electronics company in Turkey.
Sümeyra Durak
Junior ASIC Digital Design Engineer
Sümeyra joined InCirT in 2024. She is currently finishing her M.Sc. degree in Electric Engineering from RWTH Aachen. Prior to her master’s studies, Sümeyra worked as Digital Design Engineer for ESEN Sistem Entegrasyon. She has 4 years of experience in digital design.

Torsten joined InCirT in November 2023. He is responsible for the planning and administration of InCirT's IT infrastructure. He is a mathematical-technical assistant and has more than 20 years of experience in system and network administration.
